Imagine, someone sent comments that my design for the AME website is great, except for the color! Politics.
Despite the fact that it was not my intended course, yes, I am a Political Science major.
Despite the fact that I don't participate in rallies, political parties in my college, or anything even remotely activist aside from wearing a button and sending Elagda petitions, I am one of the people who fervently want Erap to resign. That's the reason why I included the secret diary of erap estrada in my links list. I believe my President is an idiot. I believe my President is corrupt. I believe my President is the embodiment of all that is wrong in the Filipino.
Yesterday the defense for President Estrada made its opening argument in the impeachment proceedings. They just quibbled on technicalities and twisted the words that the prosecution said in its opening arguments. What exactly are they trying to prove? That they're truly incapable of defending him? They blame everything on Governor Chavit Singson's fault--but isn't it the President's own fault that he got caught up in a jueteng scheme? He admitted to being on the take!
But then the prosecution began questioning its first witness, and it also became evident that they were inept. Dammit!
Idiots, them in government...

Some time ago (I won't say exactly when, because that person might be reading this), I saw him. *sigh* And I'm still in the dream world generated by that meeting... Daisuki na... Iie... Aisuru na hito...
I feel like a lovesick fool, but my own personal protocol keeps me from throwing myself at him. ^.^~ I almost did, though. Let me explain why I won't.
It was just around last year when I almost entered into a relationship with another guy, but I didn't. You ask "Why?"
Because:
(a) I was and still am too young for it, maturity-wise. I don't think I can handle a commitment like that.
(b) I didn't think he was the ONE.
(c) On another note, I'm still barred by my parents from courtship and all that stuff. Don't date. If that person honestly means to court you, then he should also mean to push through with it--to marry you. And yeah, I agree with them. No sense having mundane relationships that obviously will not go anywhere. If I were to have a relationship, I'd like to have the security of knowing that we'd end up together.
In retrospect, if I had committed to a relationship at that time, then what? I still had two years of college to go... and I didn't see myself with him for any particular length of time. And in retrospect, he was the ugliest guy I ever had a crush on! Well, not counting Jordan in kindergarten... Eheh.
So, I've vowed to myself that I'm not going to go looking for a guy. If God wills it, that guy will come to me. ^.^~ And if no one comes, then single blessedness, here I come! ^_^

Okay, I finally figured out how this blog works, and I'm glad to say its appearance has improved a lot. Still working on Prescription and SNAPSHOT... More ring tones are coming, but I can't figure out how to end the ring tone of the Shadow Skill OP "Born Legend". Maybe some time this afternoon I'll have a chance to listen to it when it shows on AXN. In the meantime my uncle is watching TV so I'm going to miss Fushigi Yuugi again. Oh, well.
Speaking of snapshots, I really am proud of my AnimeXplosion 2000 pics. Culture Crash comics might be having them published in Issue 4 (yeah!), so they borrowed all of my pics (minus the negatives, of course). I hope I get them back soon. I'm suffering from pic withdrawal. ^.^~

Gyeh! Just checked out Tin's blog and upon reading her October 6 postings I realized what an elitist bitch I am. Gomen ne to anyone I've offended! I honestly thought I wasn't doing any harm by saying that we could educate some people and help them learn more things about anime. *sigh* Oh well. Honestly, Tin-san, I swear I'll think about things more before I say them!
